Health Kick 2016
I’m sure this is every woman’s resolution every year, and I’m no exception. I want to be my strongest healthiest me I can be. During my pregnancy I felt so huge and overall just exhausted and unwell. Now that I’m not pregnant I want to whip this bod into shape! I plan to breastfeed for a full year so I won’t be cutting calories but I do want to fill my diet with nutritious foods and try and cutback on sugar. Here are a couple recipes I’m trying today!
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1-2 cups spinach or kale
around 36 weeks
A few weeks before I had Tyler.
After I had London I bounced back much faster.
2 months postpartum with Tyler-
*almost 4 months postpartum currently and I still have 10lbs to go to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight.
So here’s to trying to be healthy and fit in 2016!
