New Year, New Body

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great holiday season. I had an extra special season this year as I had my 3rd baby at the end of October and the whole holiday season just felt even more exciting with the joy of a newborn around.

Now that the holidays are over, I can’t help but be touched by the New Years Resolutions and just the whole mental idea of starting over. After having 3 babies in 4 years, I’m really ready to get serious about getting in shape. Yoga is my favorite form of a workout and I have started to get excited about it.
